Tastes
By tastes
On the eye Intense red color and shining reflections.
On the nose On the nose it is complex and very dynamic. Typical for the strong clays of its appellation, it evokes aromas of wild blackberries and brambles in an almost exotic register which is reminiscent of blood orange juice.
On the palate On the palate the attack is broad, creamy, velvety. The texture is very soft and envelops the tannin strength of the wine. The second impression on the palate is just as structured and supported by a well conducted ageing whose aroma range enriches the fruity bouquet. Slightly smoky notes of hearth, cigars.
