Julien Viaud

Julien Viaud began his career as manager of a vineyard of 40 hectares, near the Corbières in the south of France, for 4 years.

With this experience, he had the opportunity to work with the most famous French oenologist, Mr. Michel Rolland, with whom he supports several vineyards as a consultant.

With Michel Rolland, he acquired all the processes of vinification and aging of the wine. He now has overall visibility on the life of a vineyard, from equipment to human resources or research and development of new processes. His specialty lies above all in the “Grands crus, classés”. 

That’s also why today, Julien Viaud is the consultant, agronomist, of Château Clarisse, convinced of the quality and the future of our wines.
