Château Clarisse – Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion – 2016

Notes étrangères

James Molesworth – WINE SPECTATOR : 91/100 « Bright, with a licorice spine amid the plum sauce and raspberry coulis flavors. Very expressive. »

James Suckling : 92-93/100 « Dense and very layered with beautiful richness of fruit, round tannins and a full body. Long finish. »

Antonio Galloni – VINOUS : « The 2016 Clarisse is bold and punchy, with plenty of red-toned cherry and plum notes, silky tannins and pliant fruit. The blend is 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc. There is plenty to like in this racy wine from Clarisse, a small, 9-hectare estate in Puisseguin Saint-Émilion. The 2016 was whole-berry-fermented and saw 30 days on the skins. New oak will be around 33 percent. Stéphane Derenoncourt, Romain Bocchio and Pauline Lagarde consult. »
